Cats eat grass only when they need it - so don't worry if kitty doesn't eat it every day. It provides vegetation and fiber to help with digestion, hairball removal and prevention without the risk of pesticides and microscopic barbs from your average lawn grass.
How does it work;
Remove seeds and fill the jar with water until media is almost submerged.
Sprinkle a teaspoon of cat grass seed over the top. Keep in warm area and sprouts should appear within 5 days. Water lightly every 2nd day.
Trim to rejuvenate growth - replant when looking sparse.
Excellent for cats that can't access the outdoors easily.
